개인정보처리방침

주식회사 창소프트글로벌 (ChangSoft Global)(이하 "회사")은 골조 데이터 플랫폼 「RV」(이하 "서비스") 제공과 관련하여 이용자의 개인정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

• 계정 정보: 이메일 주소. Google 로그인 이용 시 Google 계정의 이름·프로필 이미지를 추가로 수집할 수 있습니다.
• 이용 데이터: 서비스에 저장한 수치 레코드(프로젝트 정보·물량 데이터·변경 메모 등), 소속 회사·권한 정보, 접속 로그(방문 경로·국가 수준의 지역 정보).
• 로그인 방문 기록: 로그인한 상태로 방문하면 접속 로그에 이용자의 이메일 주소를 함께 기록합니다. 이용 현황 파악과 지원에만 쓰며, 접속 로그와 같이 최대 12개월 보관합니다.
• 평가판·접속 허용 정보: 서비스는 회사가 등록한 이메일로만 이용할 수 있습니다. 이를 위해 등록 이메일, 이용 기한, 회사명·신청 경로(홈페이지·소개 등) 메모, 마지막 로그인 시각을 보관합니다.
• 수집하지 않는 것: 물량표(.xlsx)·도면 등 원본 파일은 브라우저 안에서만 처리되며 회사 서버로 전송·저장되지 않습니다. 3D 모델(SAT)은 로그인 상태에서 편집 권한을 가진 이용자가 올린 경우에 한하여 회사 서버에 보관됩니다.

2. 이용 목적

• 계정 식별·인증 (로그인 메일·확인 코드 발송 포함)
• 회사 단위 데이터 저장·공유 기능 제공
• 평가판 접속 허용·이용 기한 관리 및 이용 안내 메일 발송
• 문의 대응 및 중요 공지 발송
• 장애 대응 및 서비스 유지·개선(익명 접속 통계 포함)

익명화된 통계·업계 벤치마크·AI 개선 목적의 활용은 회사 관리자가 별도로 동의한 경우에 한하여 수행하며, 회사명·프로젝트명·발주처명은 제거합니다. 참여는 언제든 중지할 수 있습니다.

3. 보관 위치·처리 위탁 (국외 이전 고지)

데이터는 아래 국외 클라우드 사업자의 기반에 보관·처리됩니다. 회사는 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서만 처리를 위탁하며, 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.

4. 보유 기간과 삭제

계정 및 회사 데이터는 탈퇴 또는 삭제 요청 시 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 삭제 전 데이터 내보내기(Excel 등)를 제공합니다. 접속 로그는 수집일로부터 최대 12개월 보관 후 삭제합니다. 이용 기한이 지나면 접속만 막히며, 기한 연장 시 이어서 쓸 수 있도록 계정과 데이터는 기한 만료 후 1년간 보관하며, 그동안 연장이 없으면 삭제합니다. 삭제 30일 전에 등록 이메일로 알리고, 데이터 내보내기를 안내합니다. 이용자가 삭제를 요청하면 그 전이라도 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

5. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 창구로 연락해 주세요.

6. 쿠키 등

서비스는 로그인 상태 유지 및 언어 설정 저장을 위해 브라우저 저장소(localStorage 등)를 사용하고, 로그인한 이용자의 접속 권한 확인을 위해 쿠키 1개(rv_gate, 최대 7일)를 사용합니다. 광고 목적의 추적은 하지 않습니다.

7. 변경

본 방침을 변경하는 경우 서비스 내에 공지합니다.

변경 이력: 2026-09-09 제정 · 2026-10-20 개정(등록 이메일 접속 방식, 평가판·접속 허용 정보, 안내 메일, 접속 확인 쿠키, 만료 후 1년 보관 추가)

Privacy Policy

ChangSoft Global Co., Ltd. ("the Company") handles users' personal information as follows in providing the structural frame data platform "RV" ("the Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account information: email address. If you sign in with Google, we may also receive the name and profile image of your Google account.
• Usage data: numeric records you store in the Service (project information, quantity data, change notes), company membership and role, and access logs (visited path and country-level location).
• Signed-in visit records: when you visit while signed in, your email address is recorded with the access log. It is used only to understand usage and provide support, and is kept for up to 12 months like other access logs.
• Trial and access information: the Service can only be used with an email address registered by the Company. For this we keep the registered email, the access expiry date, a note with the company name and how the request came in (website, referral, etc.), and the last sign-in time.
• What we do not collect: original quantity tables (.xlsx) and drawings are processed only inside your browser and are never sent to or stored on our servers. 3D models (SAT) are stored on our servers only when uploaded by a signed-in user with edit permission.

2. Purposes of use

• Identifying and authenticating accounts (including sending sign-in emails and verification codes)
• Providing per-company data storage and sharing
• Managing trial access and expiry dates, and sending access guide emails
• Responding to inquiries and sending important notices
• Incident response and maintaining and improving the Service (including anonymous access statistics)

Anonymized use for statistics, industry benchmarks and AI improvement takes place only when a company administrator has separately consented; company, project and client names are removed before use.

3. Storage and processors (cross-border transfer)

Data is stored and processed on the infrastructure of the overseas cloud providers below. We entrust processing only to the extent necessary to provide the Service and never sell personal information to third parties.

4. Retention and deletion

Account and company data are deleted without delay upon account closure or a deletion request. A data export (Excel, etc.) is provided before deletion. Access logs are kept for up to 12 months from collection. When access expires, only sign-in is blocked; the account and data are kept so that use can resume if access is extended. They are kept for one year after expiry and deleted if access is not extended in that time; we notify the registered email 30 days before deletion and offer a data export. They are deleted earlier, without delay, on request.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information. Please contact us at the address below.

6. Cookies and local storage

The Service uses browser storage (such as localStorage) to keep you signed in and to remember your language setting, and one cookie (rv_gate, up to 7 days) to confirm that a signed-in user has access. We do not track you for advertising purposes.

7. Changes

Changes to this policy will be announced within the Service.
