이용약관

제1조 (서비스)

「RV」는 Revit 플러그인(REBO) 등 BIM 도구가 출력한 물량표를 기반으로 골조 물량 축적·설계변경 차분관리·유사 실적 비교·보고서 출력 등을 제공하는 웹 서비스입니다. 현재 베타 버전으로, 베타 기간(2026년 11월 30일까지)에는 무료로 제공됩니다. 이후의 이용 조건은 운영자가 별도로 안내합니다.

제2조 (계정과 회사 스페이스)

• 계정은 이메일 인증(또는 Google 로그인)으로 생성됩니다.
• 서비스는 운영자가 등록한 이메일(평가판 신청 등)로 로그인한 이용자와, 그 회사 스페이스에 초대 코드로 합류한 이용자만 이용할 수 있습니다. 등록되지 않은 이메일로는 로그인할 수 없습니다.
• 등록 이메일에는 이용 기한이 정해집니다. 기한이 지나면 접속이 제한되며, 회사 스페이스의 데이터는 기한 만료 후 1년간 보관되어 그 안에 기한을 연장하면 이어서 이용할 수 있습니다. 1년 안에 연장이 없으면 데이터는 삭제되며, 운영자는 삭제 30일 전에 등록 이메일로 알리고 데이터 내보내기를 안내합니다. 같은 회사 스페이스의 멤버는 해당 회사 대표 이메일의 이용 기한을 따릅니다.
• 회사 스페이스의 최고관리자는 멤버 초대·권한 설정·제거를 스스로의 책임으로 관리합니다. 초대 코드 관리 소홀로 발생한 제3자 접근에 대해 운영자는 책임지지 않습니다(코드는 언제든 재발급할 수 있습니다).

제3조 (데이터의 취급)

• 이용자가 저장한 수치 레코드의 권리는 해당 고객사에 귀속됩니다. 운영자는 서비스 제공 목적으로만 이를 취급합니다.
• 물량표 등 원본 파일은 브라우저 안에서만 처리되며 운영자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
• 익명화 통계·업계 벤치마크·AI 개선 목적의 활용은 회사 관리자의 별도 동의가 있는 경우에 한하며, 참여는 언제든 중지할 수 있습니다.
• 탈퇴 시 운영자는 데이터 내보내기 수단을 제공하며, 요청에 따라 데이터를 삭제합니다.

제4조 (금지행위)

• 부정 접근, 타인의 계정·초대 코드 무단 사용
• 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위, 리버스 엔지니어링
• 법령 또는 공서양속에 반하는 행위

제5조 (면책)

• 본 서비스는 베타 버전이며 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 운영자는 산출 결과의 정확성·완전성·특정 목적 적합성을 보증하지 않습니다. 물량·금액에 관한 최종 판단은 이용자의 책임으로 수행하십시오.
• 운영자는 무료로 제공되는 본 서비스의 이용 또는 이용 불능으로 발생한 손해에 대해, 고의 또는 중과실이 있는 경우를 제외하고 책임지지 않습니다.

제6조 (서비스의 변경·중단)

운영자는 사전 공지 후 서비스 내용 변경·일시 중단·종료를 할 수 있습니다. 종료 시 데이터 내보내기 기간을 제공합니다.

제7조 (준거법·관할)

본 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 서비스 관련 분쟁은 서울중앙지방법원을 제1심 전속 합의관할 법원으로 합니다.

Terms of Use

Article 1 (Service)

"RV" is a web service that accumulates structural frame quantities from quantity tables produced by the Revit plug-in (REBO) and other BIM tools, tracks design-change deltas, compares similar past projects, and generates reports. It is currently a beta version and is provided free of charge during the beta period (until November 30, 2026). Terms of use after that will be announced separately by the operator.

Article 2 (Accounts and company spaces)

• Accounts are created through email verification (or Google sign-in).
• The Service can only be used by users who sign in with an email registered by the operator (for example, through a trial request) and by users who join that company space with an invite code. Unregistered emails cannot sign in.
• Each registered email has an access expiry date. After it passes, access is restricted; the company space data is kept for one year after expiry and use can resume if access is extended within that time. If it is not extended, the data is deleted; the operator notifies the registered email 30 days before deletion and offers a data export. Members of a company space follow the expiry date of that company's registered email.
• The owner of a company space manages member invitations, permissions and removals at their own responsibility. The operator is not liable for third-party access resulting from careless handling of invite codes (codes can be reissued at any time).

Article 3 (Handling of data)

• Rights to the numeric records stored by users belong to the respective customer company. The operator handles them solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• Original files such as quantity tables are processed only inside the browser and are not transmitted to the operator's servers.
• Anonymized use for statistics, industry benchmarks and AI improvement requires the separate consent of a company administrator, and participation can be withdrawn at any time.
• Upon account closure the operator provides a means of data export and deletes data upon request.

Article 4 (Prohibited conduct)

• Unauthorized access, or unauthorized use of another person's account or invite code
• Interfering with the operation of the Service, reverse engineering
• Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

• The Service is a beta version and is provided "as is". The operator does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of the results. Final decisions on quantities and costs are the user's responsibility.
• Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this free Service.

Article 6 (Changes and suspension of the Service)

The operator may change, temporarily suspend or terminate the Service after prior notice. Upon termination, a period for data export will be provided.

Article 7 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Central District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes relating to the Service.
